Will the new MacBook with Intel Integrated graphics be able to handle the Sims 2 without any problems?

Judging by the system requirements it should be able to run, it's just to what performance level you're looking for. If you're hoping for it to run perfectly smooth on high settings, then no.

I recommend upgrading the system memory (to at least 768) and then you should be able to play it fine at medium settings.

The game requires 256 ram and a 1ghz (sisk) processor, so the 1.83 duo with 512 should be able to handle it, 768 would be a minimum to run it without it being a painful experience.
