Will it be possible for a XP cd lying around to be installed in this Mac? I mean, that would be...I don't know...vile. XP on a Mac? Vile...

Hopefully Microsoft will release XP for Mac. And why not? They released Office for Mac...

apple has already publicaly stated that they won't be doing anything to preclude windows from running on the machines. This has been covered many times in the forums in previous threads. MS wouldn't have to make a separate release. You'd just go and buy windows and isntall it. Its not like office which needs a totally different code base.
