    4 core desktop chips- Core 2 quadro

    4 core workstation chips: Xeon 5300 series.

    Yummy, glued CPUs! :D

    Seriously, this is the worst way to go about dualcore/quadcore. Intels just kicking themselves in the pants again, just like they did with the Pentium D.

    All the Quads are is the Dual-Core models glued together with silicon. They are rather slow to talk to each other, as they have to go via the bus.
