I thought that I would put this in one of eyelikeart's thread. Was thinking about my friend during lunch today. It was a WGBH fundraiser, "Julia Child Cooking Shows." In particular with the master chefs. It was from 1995 when she introduced Emeril Lagasse. She met him in New Orleans for a Crab Fish Boil. They made it with a special burner setup in the back yard of a local person's home. Emeril, "We were all very nervous, Julia was very interested in learning."

The demonstration reminded of our Clam Bake here in New England. Quit similar ingredients expect for the meat and spices. Smile eyelikeart my friend. :)
