I have recently purchased an Apple Wireless Keyboard - and am using it with 10.10.4 (latest public beta release) on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013). When touch typing or type continuously - words are often missed as the keyboard very momentarily ceases to respond. No disconnection message is provided.

Is this a known issue - and if so, is there a fix? I have tried resetting the SMC and P

Bluetooth communicates on 2.4Ghz. Wifi can also use 2.4Ghz, if you are able switch to 5Ghz and test.

USB 3.0 devices and cables that are not properly shielded can also cause 2.4Ghz interference, remove these and test.

Double check the batteries.
