iOS 5 calendar - accept invitations?

In iOS 5, has anyone figured out how to accept invitations in the calendar app? When I open the invitation (sent from an exchange account), it shows the event details as normal, but I can't RSVP, I can only "Show in Calendar," and can't figure out how to accept from there.

I'm having the same problem & I can't seem to figure it out either. I don't see anything written about it. I'm trying to accept invitations from my girlfriend, (I have a terrible memory & she schedules everything... Much easier) I'm on my iPhone & she's on a blackberry. I get the email notification & can schedule it in my calendar, but there's nowhere to accept, at least not like you can with blackberry or outlook. If anyone knows how to accept invitations with iOS 5, please let me know.
