iOS 7 Internet issue - keeps forgetting APN settings

Just updated my iPhone 4 and when I try adding my giffgaff apn settings, my phone doesn't save them? Any help guys. On ios 6 this wasn't an issue. Been trying to fix this for ages

I saw somebody report a similar problem with a Japanese MVNO the other day.

Might be a bug in iOS 7.
