iOS 7 Iphone 4S Siri not updated?

One of the things i noticed on my father's iPhone 5 is that Siri now speaks way more naturally, but in my 4S on iOS 7 Siri seems to be just the same as before, has anyone noticed this?

I noticed that Siri has a less emotional voice on iOS 7. She sounds a like a bored robot, less feminine than before.

The voice changed on my 4S and iPads. Whether you think it's more natural or more robotic is subjective. I'd say that certain parts of her speech now sound more natural, while others sound more robotic than before. There's more inflection when she speaks now.
