Hi there - How do I set iOS 7 to delete a Gmail message in the Mail app's inbox rather than archive it when I swipe over it?

In iOS 6 this was a setting, but in iOS 7 I can't figure it out.

    Thanks.

    You need to go to

Settings > Mail > gmail > click the email > account > advance

This will not work if you still use Exchange w/ Gmail, like me. Tried that setting a thousand times and it does nothing.
