Using iOS 9.2 on an iPhone 6s+ after every so often (hours.. days) after a reboot, I get the little circle spinning at the top left corner. I was curious is this a bug in iOS 9.2?

I've deleted every app that can be deleted, reset all settings, even performed a backup/restore- was curious if anyone had run into this before and was curious what it may be?

While this was occurring also ran a packet capture (wifi) for the IP of the phone and it was not sending or receiving any network traffic at the time it was spinning at the top left.

Is anyone else seeing this issue with iOS 9.2?

Although not confirmed, it appeared to be related to iCloud & Homekit. Followed instructions on the manufacturer's website to reset / re-sync and it has stopped, for now.
