Just recently ordered a mount, was wondering if anyone had some app recommendations that would with well in the car? Like speedometer apps, etc.

That site had some cool apps, but I only want iPad specific apps. I don't like running iPhone apps.

Navigon and TomTom if you have one with 3G and/or 4G. Otherwise if you're WiFi only they won't be of much use.

You don't need wifi for tomtom. But I have a 4G hotspot so connectivity isn't a issue

You don't need 3G either for the Tom Tom GPS but you do need the GPS Assisted feature that only comes with the iPad Wifi + 3G model. Tom Tom GPS works everywhere with its own built-in maps including non-cellular covered areas. I use it all the time in my RV and I haven't enabled my 3G/4G service for my iPad. It works great.
