iPad Mini 1st Gen Icons have disappeared 7.0.4

So this is my partners iPad and she was complaining that the device kept freezing, running slow and generally rubbish so she restarted the device and after doing so loads of stock/downloaded apps have disappeared, Does anyone have any experience in this or know of anyway on how to fix it? The device is jailbroken.

I found a fix, You need to delete the 2 files

/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.LaunchServces-054.csstore

and

/var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist

It will mess up your icon layout . . .
