Ipad mini retina - battery cycle

I've just checked battery cycle status using iBackupbot and found some strange information:

Cycles Count: 116
Design Capacity: 6274
FullChargeCapacity:6600

Is is normal that d.capacity is bigger than full.charge capacity?

Yes it's normal and will fluctuate.

I had following results 4 months ago
CycleCount: 39
DesignCapacity: 6274
FullChargeCapacity: 6400

So my F.Ch.C has gone bigger?
