iPad iPad Verizon Issue

    Ok so I just got my 3rd gen iPad swapped out at apple and when I go to add a data plan it gives me a "unable to process your request" error. I have searched and found few topics on this, but those were from people who canceled their previous acct, I didn't. Any ideas on how to fix? (I have restored and reset network settings)
