By the way, how is adding a battery icon to iTunes an updated feature??? Big deal, or you could just push the one button on the phone and see what the icon is on there...
is there any reason that apple has not made horizonatal keybord?? Its seems so simple to do yet for some reason there is no sign
Anyone know how to do this on a Windows machine...
Apple has posted the download links to the iPhone 1.1.2 firmware and can be downloaded direct:
iPhone1,1_1.1.2_3B48b_Restore.ipsw
iTunes has yet to reflect the new firmware, but some adventurous souls have downloaded the link manually to upgrade their iPhone.
So.... how exactly do I put this on my iPhone?
I really don't know
someone help me?
just download the file linked in the macrumors article, then plug in your iphone, then opt+click "check for updates". choose the zip file you just downloaded at the prompt, and let itunes do the rest.
This is the first update that I'm NOT putting on my phone. I only speak english (and some bad spanish) so this is totally pointless.
I don't own an iPhone.
However, what a boring update. Not one new feature that matters...
Lackluster.
What else do you expect from a .X.X release. Now if it was 1.2.0 then I could see wanting new amazing things from it instead of boring mundane fixes.
