You may be right...still, that was pretty fast post time if so.

Wonder what they shot it on?

    Absolutely wonderful commercial IMHO.

I don't think they would've shut down NYC for that one... it could all be achieved with 3D Animation and some closed set somewhere...

I guess the kind of people that get those jobs aren't the kind that go getting all over-excited about new Apple products (like all of us lot...)

I doubt they shut down the 5th ave store for that end part, that could have been done anywhere.

That is a very good commercial.

Good play on Apple's super secret approach to new products.

Anyone feeling a big brother vibe?

Walking a kind of dark hallway, 2 "guards"?

    Apple's come a long way since 1984!

    Music?

Anyone know the music used in the commercial? I'd guess David Holmes... but not sure.

Excellent ad. This is one of the reasons I like Apple. They actually make good ads...unlike some others...

But I enjoyed how the iPhone just flicked up. I was all like "Wow, I want one more now."

That's what I thought, David Holmes, this song sounds straight out of a Ocean's 11, 12 & 13 movie

only other big name in the US that could carry it is T-Mobile.

Yah, that was my first and instant impression too. One thing though: Apple doesn't make the ads... TBWA\Chiat\Day always gets that credit. Smart thinktank bastards, they are. :D

    Very cool stuff.

And yeah, I'm gonna say Robert Downey Jr too, definitely sounds like him. Something in the line "The first phone... to beat the iphone..." rings true to his voice quality.

At least it wasn't another terrible "Get A Mac" ad. If they ever start "Get an iPhone," I'm boycotting Apple.
