iPhone 3gs will not finish restoring

I really need help with this ASAP!!

Basically I downloaded and restore my iPhone 3gs new bootrom to the new iPhone OS 4.0 beta 3. Everything is going fine until the activation part. I did not register my UDID, so I cannot activate the phone, so I put the phone in recovery mode (hold sleep/wake + home method) and option/alt restore it to 3.1.3. It started restoring, but it got stuck at the very last bit of the bar. I thought it was normal, so i went to bath. After i'm done, i realized that the bar show no progress, and is still stuck at the very last bit.
This happened when I try to restore it to OS 4.0 beta 3 aswell.

Anyone please help.

I used it succesfully myself.

itunes should have reported a error 1015 error after restoring back to 3.1.

iRecovery is then used to fix this issue.
