You could try restoring it to stock 5.1.1 in there or clicking "Set Auto Boot True" which it says fixes recovery mode loops but I've never used iReb so I can't say for sure what it does. Don't blame me if something stops working, just trying to offer suggestions here! :)

Nope, It's bricked. Only Apple would be able to fix it.

Was it the 6.15 baseband? It's obviously what's causing the problem. Did it just randomly go into recovery or did you try to restore or something to cause this?

There you go, that's your issue. You shouldn't have flashed the 6.15 bb.

You can try some stuff on Youtube such as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PW5bJj8hlPU

Not sure whether they work or not. If not, then it's unfixable unless you go to Apple.

How come you don't search Google or Youtube for "unbrick iPhone 3gs 6.15" or something like that? I found a bunch of stuff.

Try dowgrading your BB to 05.13.04 with latest Redsn0w

    Check iclarified.com for tutorials

What are the first 5 digits of your serial number ?

If you flashed the iPad baseband and the phone continued working after that, then there is another issue.

Did you try another hack ?
Did you install anything from Cydia ?

Could the battery be failing ?

It can bring back your normal BB, get back GPS functionality and after that restore to 5.1.1 while prserving that BB.
