So my iPhone 4 iOS 4.0 is stuck in recovery mode. I have tried many things already like editing my host files, the restore process gets stuck a little over half way on the iPhone, with just a little bit to go on the iTunes progress panel. I would have tried this on another computer but unfortunately I don't have another computer. Also I tried the "kick out of recovery mode" on tiny umbrella, it just loops back into recovery mode. I have my SHSH blobs saved, idk if this will be of any help.

Try putting it into DFU mode (google for instructions).

Try holding the home and sleep button for 10 seconds. then release. This should get it out of DFU mode.
