Earlier this year when the iPad 3 came out, a fellow here made these fantastic iCloud wallpapers. I reused the same iPad 3 one (no resizing, and it looks fantastic on my lock screen):

I dug up the PSD and have uploaded ot my DropBox: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/107147622/iPhone 5 iCloud Wallpaper.psd

I haven't retested the PSD, but hopefully you should just be able to open it up in Photoshop, edit the text layer and save.

I haven't had a chance to resize it to the iPhone specs, but as I said before, the resolution is fine as it is.
