Quick question!

I had a contract iPhone 6 on the O2 network (had it unlocked by O2, at the end of my contract) which got damaged and so Apple swapped it out for another iPhone 6, at their Apple Store in Bromley. Would this phone be once again locked to O2 (I've been using an O2 sim in it) or would I be able to insert a different sim into it now that I want to change networks?

Apple replaces like for like. If you turned in an unlocked phone for replacement you will get back an unlocked phone.
