iPhone not syncing with MobileMe

My 3G iPhone running 4.2.1 cannot sync with my MobileMe calendar. It does sync with my contacts. When I add a calendar item on my phone it does not show up on either my iMac nor MacBook Air calendars. The computers have no problems syncing with MobileMe.

I have removed and installed my MobileMe without any success.

Any suggestions on getting my iPhone calendar to sync with MobileMe will be appreciated.
