Resolved iPhone SE Pre-order time ?

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know at what time we will be able to pre-order the new iPhone SE ? Apple says it will be on March 24th but doesn't say anything about the time.

Is it 00:00 AM US California time ? I live in France so that would mean 8:00 AM here. Can anyone confirm that ?
