I jailbroke my CDMA iPhone 4 using the tethered redsn0w, I installed a new theme on cydia and was asked to reboot, I rebooted and was stuck in a boot loop. Every time I try to restore it to another .ipsw iTunes says "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for requested build."

Are you restoring it to the latest firmware? Also try putting it in DFU mode first.

Perhaps try a different USB port, or another computer. Also make sure that your internet is working.
