iPod Ipod Headphones

Ok so i have both of the ipod head phones, i have the ones that come standard with the ipod and then the in ear head phones that are noise cancelling. Both of them will not stay in my ears, espicially when i run. I was wondering any of you all had any recomendations on some good phones that dont wrap around my head, but stay or wrap around my ears.

the shure e4c has a nice snug fit.

For the in-ears I found that putting them in with the tails facing backwards then rotating them to the normal position produces good results. If that doesn't work for you you could get some of these to put on.
