iPod iPod Playlist to Computer Playlist?

I manually manage my music. All the songs on my ipod are now in my itunes thanks to senuti. =)
I just bought a new ipod, so I want to be able put the exact same songs on it as my old one had. How do I do this?

Also: I can't just drag the whole library, because I have 100's of GB I don't want on my ipod. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ty in advance
