iPod touch ipod touch + AIM with this site?

I know there are a couple sites out there that let you use the iphone for AIM service....

So, theoretically if the ipod touch has wifi connection too...can't you just go to a site like http://x.aim.com/ty and use that for AIM service and have AIM on your ipod touch?
