this seems like such a silly question.

I know when I bought this 32GB ipod Touch that I did something, and all icons started to vibrate, allowing me to select them, and move them around.

I see posts saying to old the main button for 3 or 4 seconds, but for some reason it does nothing. I held it for 10 seconds. I tried holding both the lock button and the main button (at the same time),as well as just the lock button alone, and all It did was ask if I want to power it off.

Was there an update to prevent this or what? I guess they want to force you to Pay for an application to customize it? Or am I just missing something here?

Oh geez, I'm an idiot. I held the ipod with my finger touching an app, and in 2 seconds they all started vibrating..

it's not the main button at all, it's an application you hold.
