I've gotten my iPod touch replaced twice for a faulty battery that doesn't last very long. Also the iPod freezes up frequently. Is there an apple ipod email support service or do I have to call them? I really don't want them to just give me another faulty device, and I was hoping they would be considerate enough to give me a new generation iPod touch because of all the battery problems. I've also taken one in for random shutdowns and processor lockups.
