Hi there,

I need your help (I have seen some in-car specialists) to integrate an ipod touch 2G in my car.

I have already the aux adaptator (out: rns-e Audi, in: composite cables -red, white and yellow)

Then, I would like to simply put the ipod in the glovebox compartment. I thought the apple composite cable was the best way, but I think an ipod video dock would be the best solution (alway in the glovebox).

We can find a lot of video dock on the net with a remote, but I guess (correct me if i'm wrong) that the signal will not go trough the plastic cover of the glovebox.

I have also found the tekkeon solution (ipod video dock with own interface) that seems to be a good solution because it seems you can only see the videos and not the interface of the ipod with the official Apple cables.

So, my question is : what is the best solution to use the ipod touch for videos and audio with the ipod in the glove box of the car and , if possible with a remote...

Many many thanks for your suggestions and sorry for my bad english
