I live in a two bedrooms apartment, obviously there is only one floor.

don't you think i should save money and go with Asus routers like
    (RT-N56U) or (RT-N65U).

these router are around 100 Canadian dollars.

    my devices are:

    3 iPhone
    1 macbook pro
    1 pc laptop
    1 ps3

    Thanks in advance :)

I don't see any reason to pay more the the AE in your case. The only thing I see the AE will do that the others don't is allow you to easily configure it from an iOS device with the Airport Utility iOS app. But you can easily to that with the Asus routers from your laptop browser.

AirPort Extreme? Cheaper and you can attach a pair of speakers to it and a printer. Mine happily runs an iMac, 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, an Apple TV, a Wii and Dsi.

Apple Store Canada is showing $179 Canadian for the Extreme vs. OP's $100 for the Asus.

You mean Airport Express I think. That would not be a bad option if OP can live with the limitations of the wired Express connection (no GB connection and few ports).
