Hello. I am creating sound effects for a video game, using Logic Studio and a MIDI keyboard.
I've found it more effective to actually hold down the key(s) in Logic Studio and want to capture the noises made in real time rather than creating an empty MIDI region to populate, as the playback seems stripped of tempo and how long I kept the note held.
With Windows XP, I'd set the mixer to "What U Hear" or the equivalent and then I could capture sounds made in real time. But I haven't figured out how to do the comparable with OS X. Assuming it's possible to begin with.
Is it possible?
Thx!
