I dropped my Watch while cleaning and it landed on the side down and scratched it up. It's now irritating my wrist and I want to replace it so it's smooth again... is it just glued on and as easy as just applying heat to take it off?

Thanx.

It is glued on, but the adhesive is probably different from the ones used in products like the iPhone since it must be water proof/resistant. Also you would have to deal with the LED's and ribbon cable. Looks like it would be an issue to deal with. Plus do you have access to an OEM replacement part (there are at least 2 different parts, one for the ceramic and one for Sport's)?

Back fell out of Apple watch

Humph, you'd think they would design it better.

I'm just gonna sand it down.

After looking at iFixit's original teardown, I think it would be pretty difficult to replace the back.

Can't say I could compare my AW to my other watches since none of them have LED sensors.

Sanding it down a bit should be enough. I'd probably try a fingernail buffing-polishing stick like this one and start with the smoothest segment.
