I have just recently purchased a Samsung 40" LCD LN-S4051D, and I am very intrested in using it as a monitor. Does anyone have any advice on cables for the best picture or will this even look good, or will the resolution not be quite right? I really want to play WoW on this bad :D.

Depends. As a computer monitor and future HDTV-ness sake, I consider 1080p to be a must. Your new TV is 1366x768 like most flat panels out there. Mac OS X is usable at such low resolution but it is entirely different experience under 1920x1080. That said, 1080p LCD are not yet too common and comparatively expensive, so the timing is a bit off. Sony's 1080p SXRD TVs are cheaper at similar weight, although they are much deeper than flat panels, however.
