I want to connect my PocketPC to Internet via my PowerBook Airport Extreme. Is this possible ?
Yes, you can do it from System Preferences - Share- Internet
But I can't connect the PocketPC to the PowerBook yet. It didn't "see" the PowerBook. I've used "Create Network" function to create a Computer-to-Computer network.
I did it, the PocketPC can connect to the Internet now . Thank you.
i never knew you could do that cool
I do it at school in a class room that we cant reach school's wireless network, so one is sharing his etherent conection with the rest of the group. It is really cool and easy too.
Yeah, instand wireless G network. Kind of makes a base station useless if you have a desktop mac with a G card.
