Is TunnelBear safe?

I am trying to buy

because i just started playing eve and this is a great deal for upgrading Trial ACC. But they are selling it only in US and CA.. I am from Czech Republic.. so i want to use US IP to buy it.. Its safe to pay by credit card through Tunnelbear?
