Can anyone help me with running bootcamp, when I go to partition off disk space between mac os x and Windows xp, it says This disk cannot be partitioned because verification failed. Use Disk Utility to repair this disk, I then did Verify disk permissions, Repair Disk Permissions in Disk Utility, both went fine., Then when I click verify disk, it says Volume Header needs minor repair The volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired - Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit - 1HFS volume checked - Volume needs repair.

Boot from your MacOS install disk and run disk utility from there see if that helps.
