ITMS Error -9843?

    Keep getting this on the US Store when trying to agree to the T&C for the iTunes Plus section. Or is the Store just getting slammed?

    Its because their servers are inundated, it should clear up soon-ish :)

    this problem is still going on when are they gonna fix this? ahh probably by tomorrow right?:(

    I had the same problem with the NZ shop. I closed iTunes and relaunched, and it treated my account as if I'd already agreed and didn't prompt me again :)

    On the other hand, over 14 hours later my album still hasn't finished downloading.

    Edit: Finally successfully downloaded about 20 minutes ago.
