iTunes 11 with iPhone 6SE

I recently got a new iPhone 6SE that won't sync with my MacBook running iTunes 11.4

I simply don't like iTunes 12 and want to keep all my devices at 11.4

Is there a way to extract the driver from newer versions of iTunes?

If not, is there software I can use in lieu of iTunes?
