iPod itunes do not sync purchased items on iphone

After update my iphone to the new 3g, when perform sync with itunes, appear a message " itunes found purchased items in this iphones, do you want to tranfer to ..." but if you click ok it don't do it and the concern persist the next time you sync.:confused:
