When I put in any music CD, iTunes freezes. The computer recognizes the CD, and I can play each file, one by one, on Quick Time. Therefore, it must be a problem with itunes.
If I put in a CD, and iTunes is already open, it freezes before it finds the CD. If I put in a CD, then open itunes, it freezes as soon as it opens.
I tried reinstalling itunes just now, but the problem is still there.
I'm on a Mac Mini, running OS X 10.4.6 tiger
