I have Sound Check enabled in iTunes, and from what I've noticed over the years I've been building up my library, songs have generally gotten quieter and quieter. Some of the first songs I added are much louder than the most recent ones I've added. Are there any apps that will set all the songs to one level? Doing it manually would be like eating death, as I have almost 5k songs.

I'm getting that feeling as well. From what I have experienced rap/r&b songs that have massive amounts of bass are turned down more than rock songs with lots of treble. iTunes is biast I tell ya. As for an app to turn it up, I would like to know as well. :D

Get iVolume. It does a better job than iTunes sound check.

I wish Apple would fix this, seeing as how this was an issue to begin with. Im done with using sound check from now on (in iTunes anyway).
