All of a sudden iTunes has quit playing 5.1 audio in videos i converted with Handbrake using the Apple TV 2 preset, on my Mac Mini in iTunes (10.6.1). They of course still play fine in 5.1 on my Apple TV 2. The videos play fine in stereo in iTunes, but as soon as I switch to surround audio the video just pauses and will no longer play. These same video files also work fine in VLC in surround. I have my Mac Mini connected to my receiver via optical audio. I have no idea what happened. All that I can think of that I did since the last time it worked (last week) is for a few minutes I used the Mac Mini's internal speaker, but I've already checked the sound settings and it is set to optical audio again like it should be.

Nevermind, I fixed it, though I don't really know how I did it.
