iTunes won't stay shut

Hey,

Have a little problem, not as dangerous as annoying. When I close iTunes, either with option+Q or menu exit (which works normally on other macs i've tried on) , in minute or two it jumps back on. This is 6.0.3. How can i get it to close for good?

Get rid of the iTunes widget in Dashboard.
