iWork not updating

So I got iWork '09 from a DVD, and yesterday when I opened Pages, it told me to update, which I tried, and it said I needed to update to ML. Now that I have, I can't get iWork to update. The apps still give me a pop-up to update, but it opens up the App Store and says that there's no update available.

I saw a suggestion to use
Code: 
sudo softwareupdate -i -a
but no updates showed up either. Is there a way to update iWork that doesn't involve shelling out $60 for the digital version?
