Jail broken 2.1.3

I've finally got to my phone to jailbreak thanks to a few members on here help. But now I find that springtomize isn't working does anyone have an idea when it will be working again? Also all my apps seem to be faded on the top half and normal on the bottom is there anyway I can fix this?

it could be the iconomatic that your using ...try disabling it in winterboard and see if it makes a difference

Go into Icon0matc in the Setting app, and turn off 'use overlay'. That glossy look is an overlay applied by Icon0matic to replicate the pre- iOS7 look of icons.
