OK, so I got my iPod classic today, and whenever I click on Cover Flow/pictures/whenever I play a movie, I can hear the hard drive. It's not that loud, but in a silent room I could hear it without putting it up to my ear.

Now I've been using flash based players for a long time now, and the one time I did own a hard drive iPod was before my flash based ones, so I don't know if I simply didn't notice the noise when I owned the old one, or I'm just used to the silence of flash players, but it seems like I shouldn't be hearing it.

Once again, it's really not that loud, it's just that I can hear it, not that it's unavoidable not to hear. Thanks.
