I know this is the 50 1.8 thread, but I picked up the 135 F2L a few months ago and it is flat out my favorite lens, amazing. Works incredibly well with TC's and 500D close up and perfect for outdoor portraits (for me anyway) on the 5D.

Exactly! The bokeh is incredible, as you can tell by your image! Below is one I took of my niece just sitting on the floor.

That cat picture it tight! and... thanks. It's always a work in progress, but I have fun takin' pictures. Maybe someday someone will pay me a lil bit.

Enjoy it! Use it! I've had mine for years , keep it in my camera bag for those places where you can't use flash . Just remember that it doesn't have USM so there's no full time manual focusing . If you want a hood , Canon EW-65 works correctly even though its for a 35 f2 .
