    I had a non-wabbler Powerbook for 2 years now...

Replaced the hard drive and she's a MAJOR wabbler... damn damn!:(

Any suggestions? Take it apart again and loosen all the screws? (When I had it all apart I tightened everything down that was loose inside.)

Does the case looks deformed in any way?

The case was 100% perfect. The ONLY change putting it back together was this small gap.... less than 1mm thick. I tried getting it completly flush but I couldn't when putting it back together:

Yeah, try opening the case again and reassembling it making sure everything is fitting perfectly?
:S Nothing like this happened when I replaced my HD...

Best bet is to take it apart again to try and fix it.
