    One way to cut through spin is to look where the money is going. In this case, it looks like serious players are starting to feel like they might want some Democratic insurance policies on the increasingly-more-likely chance that the Republicans lose control of one or more houses of Congress this fall:
    Not that this is any kind of harbinger of cleaner or better government unfortunately...

    True. It's foreshadowing the movement of one shady group to another shade. I'd have a few suggestions where the office, of "Christian & Timbers, an executive search firm that helps to place senior lobbyists and trade association heads", could place these senior lobbyists, but I doubt anyone would hear it.
